Jackson Metal Effect Blade 50g FLS

The Metal Effect Blade is a metal lure designed for horizontal fishing and a steady retrieve. Unlike the Stayfall model—which was created primarily for vertical fishing with a focus on the action during the fall—the Blade is engineered for active horizontal fishing. While the Stayfall relies on a concave surface and asymmetrical edges to produce a specific falling motion, the Blade features symmetrical indentations and edges that generate varying intensities of flashes with even the slightest body movements.

The combination of the metallic body's brilliant finish and the shifting intensity of the reflections creates a dual-flash effect that maximizes the lure's appeal, especially during high-speed tuna retrieves. Since tuna fishing involves lightning-fast strikes and places immense strain on the hook at the moment of impact, the lure is equipped with a robust single hook rather than a treble. Thus, the Metal Effect Blade is designed to capitalize on every strike opportunity and ensure a secure hold on the hooked fish.
