• Shimano Hagane - The main gear is made from a single piece of metal alloy, using Shimano's HAGANE cold-forming technology, without additional machining. This ensures smoothness, strength, lightness and strength at the very heart of the reel.

• Shimano Silentdrive - The basic design of the entire body and the parts related to movement are revised one by one. Fine looseness, gaps, shakes between parts and details are completely eliminated. Target areas for improvement include drive gear, worm shaft, worm shaft pin, worm shaft gear, etc. Extremely smooth and silent rotation has been achieved.
• Shimano X Protect - A specially designed labyrinth structure of several teeth with added lubricant between them prevents water from entering between the rotor and the reel body. At the same time, frictional resistance between these two elements is eliminated.
• X-SHIP - a specially developed gear system with multiple elements that increase strength and power. Through the larger diameter and central location of the main gear and gear, more power is transferred from the handle to the reel rotor. The gear, in turn, is supported by two Shimano ARB roller bearings for additional stability.
