X-SHIP - A specially designed multi-element drive system that increases power and strength. With a larger diameter and central placement of the main gear and drive gear, more power is transferred from the handle to the rotor. The drive gear is supported by two Shimano ARB rollers.

HAGANE BODY - The reel body is made from an aluminum-magnesium alloy using a cold-stamped forming process. This technology achieves very high rigidity and impact resistance of the body, eliminating the risk of bending or deformation, which in turn leads to more precise operation of the mechanisms and spool.

X-PROTECT - A specially designed labyrinth structure with some teeth enhanced with lubrication to prevent water entry between the two stages. These shields reduce saltwater entry and debris into their operation.

G FREE BODY - Moves the reel’s center of gravity closer to the rod. This is achieved by shifting the oscillating mechanism 19 millimeters closer to the rod. As a result, there is no wobble of the reel during rotation, and casting distance is increased.
